This guide contains a long-term care options search function, inspection reports from the Ohio Department of Health, facility services and amenities, consumer satisfaction surveys, and references to other useful resources.
This guide was created and is maintained by the Office of the State Long-Term Care Ombudsman under the authority of the Ohio Revised Code 173.46-173.49.
